How long does an application take?
Each application takes anywhere from 1 – 1.5 hours. At Glow Up we pride ourselves on making you look absolutely perfect & that means not rushing the process.
Do you travel? and if so what is your fee?
We typically only travel on-site for bridal makeup but for an extra fee we will travel on-site for any occasion. Our rates start at $25.
How can I prepare for my application?
It’s important you come to your appointment wearing a button down shirt and a makeup free, moisturized face. It’s also highly recommended you come prepared with inspiration pictures of people with similar features to your own. For the BEST results, we recommend getting dermaplaned at least 3 days before your appointment. If you are someone who regularly gets botox and filler, please be sure to book your applications at least 2 weeks after your injection service.
How far in advance do you book weddings?
Our bridal bookings are open 2 years in advance. We highly recommend booking with us as soon as you book your venue. Our bridal services are in very high demand during peak wedding season of May – November.
How early can I book a trial?
Bridal previews or “trials” are typically scheduled 30 days before your Wedding Day. Special accommodations can be made for out of town brides.
How large of a wedding party can you accommodate?
There is a minimum of 6 applications required in order to book a wedding from May-November. We are equipped to accommodate parties up to 25 applications. There is an extra fee for every artist needed to accommodate any specific circumstance.
What forms of payment do you prefer?
Cash or Zelle is preferred. Debit/credit cards are accepted but are subject to a 5% processing fee.
How do I book you for my wedding?
Please inquire through our website. If our master artist Angilee is unavailable, her team is now available for bookings & would love to help! A contract and deposit is required in order to book your Wedding Day with us.
What if I have to cancel my wedding?
Cancellations can be made before the 90 day period with no extra fees. Any cancellations made less than 90 days from the contracted wedding date are subjected to 100% of the invoice total.
What’s the difference between your Signature and Luxe application?
Both applications are designed to last all day and night through sweat, tears and oil. Our signature application uses some of the most well known makeup brands and products on the market such as MAC, Charlotte Tilbury & NARS. Our luxe application uses only the most luxurious, high end products such as Giorgio Armani, Dior Beauty and Chanel. Both include a touch up kit.
